“We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tiffany’s Riccione. Everything was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and they were cleaned properly every day. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient. The sea and the beach were also very nice, clean, and easy to use. The food was also very good. You definitely won’t stay hungry, as there were enough options and everything was tasty. The only small negative point was that there was no information written next to the dishes about what they contained. Because of this, we often had to ask the staff what the food was. The staff were very friendly, warm, and helpful. We would especially like to thank Mr. Danilo from the restaurant team. He helped us a lot during every meal and was always very kind and friendly, especially towards our son. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.”
“First time in this hotel, I'm a little disappointed that I can't sleep well at night because at this time of year the air conditioning is off... which is absurd because the thermostat gives you the option to turn it on or off! Coming from the south of the USA we are used to A/C 11 months of the year and consequently our body! Apart from this inconvenience, not a small one, I must say that the cleaning staff of the rooms are extraordinary!!! I have been in many hotels for work or pleasure from 4, 5 stars or Luxury, but here the room staff is very good. Even at the front desk Miss Gaia.”
